We capture Places Worth Noticing
Somewhere Guys is a travel photography, video, and writing project run by Josh and Brooke, two people who bonded on their first date over music and creative ideas. We launched in the summer of 2025 because we kept noticing a gap between what travel actually feels like and what most travel content shows, and we wanted to close that gap in our own way.
We like to combine photography, video, and writing because that's how we actually experience places. We're less interested in recreating what we've already seen and more interested in the details that actually made it worth going: the small details, the conversation we had over a cold beer, and the people behind the places. We got tired of travel content that all looks and feels the same and we didn't want to add to that pile.
We're building this slowly and intentionally, and we think that comes through in everything we put out.
